Accessibility Statement
Last updated March 10, 2026
DeWitt Strategic Advisors, LLC ("DeWitt Labs") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards across all Nuri surfaces.
Conformance Goal
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across the Nuri web portal (nuri.dewitt.us). Our native macOS and iOS applications follow Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and leverage built-in platform accessibility features.
Accessibility Features
Web Portal
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the interface
- Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards
- Responsive design that supports content scaling up to 200%
- Screen reader compatible with ARIA labels where needed
- Dark mode support to reduce eye strain
Native Apps (macOS & iOS)
- Full VoiceOver support via SwiftUI accessibility modifiers
- Dynamic Type support — text scales with system font size preferences
- Keyboard navigation and focus management
- Reduced motion support via system accessibility settings
- High contrast mode compatibility
Known Limitations
We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are actively working to resolve them:
- Some AI-generated chat content may not have optimal semantic structure for screen readers
- Real-time streaming chat responses may not be announced by all screen readers
- Screen capture preview images in the Context & Insights panel lack alt text

Accessibility is assessed through a combination of automated testing tools, manual keyboard and screen reader testing, and alignment with WCAG 2.2 guidelines and the European Accessibility Act (EAA) where applicable.
Enforcement
If you are unable to resolve an accessibility concern directly with us, you may contact your local accessibility enforcement authority. For U.S. residents, the ADA complaint process is available through the Department of Justice.
