Data Subject Access Request

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data under applicable privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page provides multiple ways to exercise those rights.
Self-Service Options (Fastest)
If you have an active Nuri account, the fastest way to access or delete your data is through the app or API. No waiting period required.
In-App
Open Nuri on macOS or iOS, go to Profile Settings → Data Management, and choose Export My Data or Delete My Data. Exports are delivered as a JSON archive containing your chat history, screen context, memory, settings, and integration status.
API
Authenticated users can call the following endpoints directly:
GET /user/data/export— Download a complete JSON archive of your personal dataDELETE /user/data— Permanently delete all your personal data

Formal Request
If you do not have a Nuri account, are unable to use the self-service options, or need a formal record of your request, use the form below.
Response Timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days as required by the CCPA/CPRA. Under GDPR, we respond within 30 days. If your request is complex or we receive a high volume of requests, we may extend the response period by an additional 45 days (CCPA) or 60 days (GDPR) and will notify you of the extension.
